What a DUMP!

[+] Zoom In
CleanDrop.net is now the artistic subsidiary of Trancendent Design Concepts! I was originally going to produce mini-truck parts out of my quickly growing fabrication shop. Insurance costs for parts that are highly susceptible to failure and could possibly cause death, however, had a different idea. After all, who wants to go to court because some sue-happy prick wants my money rather than make his own? So, I switched to plan B, and here I am, creating metal works of art for the whole world to enjoy.

Here at Transcendent Designs, I can produce a multitude of projects for just about any client. Whether it's a classy entryway sign with a company logo etched into eloquent stainless steel or a contemporary piece for a private collector, made with aluminum and new age composite parts, I can make your artistic dreams come true!

Take a look around the shop at some of the machines and materials I have to work with as well as some of the projects I take on. You might just get inspired to have your own piece commissioned!

    Possible Materials:
    Aluminum
    Steel
    Stainless
    Copper
    Brass
    Bronze
    Titanium
    Nickel
    Acrylics
    Carbon fiber
    Fiberglass
    ... and occasionally wood.

    Cutting Capabilities

  • CNC Table: Practical CNC 4x8 plasma cutting table is on-site and ready to roll. Any electrically conductive material can be severed up to 1.25" thickness! As you can tell Clean Drop is quite the high-tech artists' playground.

  • Drill Press: Capable of drilling and tapping most materials. Light mill work can also be accomplished.

  • Welding Capabilities

  • MIG: Miller 250dx wire feed can weld steel plate up to 1/2". Hobart 140 wire feed for sheetmetal work.

  • TIG: Miller Synchrowave 200 for the most exacting welds on any metal. Machine is also capable of SMAW process.

  • Gas: When the power is out, the Oxy/Acetylene torch keeps the party going. If all else fails, I break out the propane torch and brazing rods.

  • Shaping Capabilities

  • Bending Brake: 48" Box and pan brake can bend up to 12ga steel and 6ga Aluminum.

  • Coming Soon: An English wheel, planishing hammer and other equipment will soon be available to do compound curves and light duty forming in steel, aluminum, even copper.

  • Finishing Capabilities
